Terms of Service

Creeklytics (“we”, “us”) is operated by CreekData and available at creeklytics.com. “You” means the person or organization using Creeklytics.

• You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 16 years old and allowed to use that account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workbooks.
• Tell us right away at support@creeklytics.com if you think your account has been misused.

Creeklytics is currently in early access. The Starter plan is free and includes 100 AI analyst questions per person each calendar month. The allowance resets on the 1st of each month and unused questions do not carry over.

Early access features may change, be limited or be removed as we improve the product. Before we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance; you will never be charged without agreeing first.

If you connect your own AI provider, its usage is billed to you by that provider under their terms, and the monthly question limit does not apply.

You keep all rights to the files, workbooks, formulas, connected data and results you create or bring into Creeklytics (“Your Data”). You give us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display Your Data to provide the service to you and the people you share with. • Don't break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload data you have no right to use.
• Don't try to access other people's workbooks or accounts, test our security without permission, or disrupt the service.
• Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer Creeklytics, or use it to build a competing product.
• Don't use automated scripts to get around usage limits.

When you connect services such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres or Google Sheets, you confirm you are allowed to do so. Those services are governed by their own terms, and any costs they charge for running your queries are yours.

The Analyst checks calculations and shows how answers were produced, but AI can still make mistakes. Review important results before relying on them for financial, legal, medical or other high-stakes decisions.

We work hard to keep Creeklytics available and accurate, but during early access the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, CreekData is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or US $100.

You can stop using Creeklytics and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Creeklytics after that means you accept the new terms.
